Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your private safari guide who will assist you with your luggage and provide a short briefing about your upcoming journey.

You will then be transferred to Mateves Boutique Lodge, located in a and green environment just outside the busy town center of Arusha. The lodge offers a calm atmosphere, ideal for relaxation after your flight.

Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy some time at leisure—either unwinding in the garden, taking a short walk, or simply resting. In the evening, a freshly prepared dinner will be served, allowing you to ease into the rhythm of Tanzania before your safari begins. Overnight at the lodge.

After an early breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, a scenic drive that gradually introduces you to rural Tanzania, passing local villages and open landscapes.

Upon arrival, begin your game drive through a park renowned for its striking baobab trees and one of the largest concentrations of elephants in East Africa. During the dry season, the Tarangire River becomes a lifeline for wildlife, attracting large herds of zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and predators such as lions and leopards.

A picnic lunch will be enjoyed within the park, allowing you to remain immersed in the wilderness. The afternoon continues with more game viewing, offering excellent photographic opportunities.

Later in the day, exit the park and proceed to Manyara Secret. Settle into your lodge, enjoy the elevated views and tranquil setting, followed by dinner and overnight.

Arrive at Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge in the late afternoon. The lodge is positioned to offer sweeping views over the Serengeti, providing a fitting setting for sunset. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

This day is dedicated entirely to exploring the Serengeti in depth. After an early breakfast, depart with picnic lunch boxes for a full-day game drive, allowing maximum flexibility and time in the field.

Your guide will tailor the day based on wildlife movements, increasing your chances of witnessing predator activity, large herds, and unique interactions within the ecosystem. The Serengeti is home to an extraordinary density of wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and countless antelope species.

The crater floor offers an excellent chance to see the Big Five within a relatively short period, including the rare black rhino. You may also encounter hippos, flamingos around the soda lake, and large prides of lions.

Enjoy a picnic lunch within the crater, surrounded by this remarkable landscape. After the game drive, ascend the crater walls and continue to Karatu.

Arrive at Best View Lodge, where you can relax and enjoy views over the surrounding countryside. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

After breakfast, begin your return journey to Arusha. The drive passes through scenic farmland and small towns, offering a final glimpse of local life.

Depending on your flight schedule, you may have an optional stop for souvenirs or a short break before continuing to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure.
